Balmoral Repurpose Project (Cyclotron)

This project involves the renewal, repurpose and extension to the Balmoral facility to house a cyclotron for the production of radiopharmaceuticals. The renovations include the complete redevelopment of the existing building along with a new addition for the cyclotron vault. This project will establish a new GMP production and research facility for the relocated Edmonton Radiopharmaceutical Clinic. There are only eight Cyclotron facilities in Canada with just two (Edmonton and Vancouver) being in the West. This project is Green Globe Certified.
